Doug Willig

Doug Willig is an International Coaching Federation certified coach and a lifelong learner. His passion for leadership development began during his undergraduate education at the United States Military Academy at West Point and has been refined through experience in a career of military service. His service especially includes multiple combat tours in Iraq and foreign exchange positions with the German Army Staff.

In recognition of the value of expert communication in addition to the power of a coaching mindset in developing executive leaders, Doug is also a member of the United States Army War College’s Eisenhower Series College Program where a select group of leaders travel and engage in policy and leadership discourse with university students across the United States.

Doug completed his master’s degree in military leadership and strategic studies from the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg, Germany and is currently serving as a student of strategic leadership studies at the United States Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
