Ashley Kuhn Henry, CPTD

Ashley Kuhn Henry brings over 17 years of experience in training, coaching, and leadership development to her role at Blue Hen. Ashley specializes in working with organizations to increase productivity and effectiveness by focusing on the core needs of leadership teams. Prior to joining Blue Hen Agency, Ashley served as a Learning and Development Consultant at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company. In this role, she collaborated with executives to create customized onsite training programs, facilitated open discussions on engagement, conducted needs analyses, tracked training activities, and analyzed program effectiveness. Key accomplishments include developing new employee orientation programs, executing tuition reimbursement programs, launching formal mentoring programs, and boosting company morale through impactful training initiatives. In addition, over her career Ashley has planned annual leadership conferences for more than 130 executives.

At Blue Hen Agency, Ashley formulates training strategies that center on leveraging strengths, enhancing awareness, and fostering engagement within organizations. Holding certification as a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) from the Association of Talent Development (ATD), she is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
