Blue Hen’s 3-Phase Framework

Blue Hen assesses then addresses the health and development of your organization in three sequential and iterative phases:

Phase 1: DISCOVER

Identification of issues including root causes and underlying contributors

A strong DISCOVER phase is the foundation to your success. We use a carefully crafted set of tools to gather both qualitative and quantitative data within your organization. Our method includes both best-in-practice approaches and Blue Hen proprietary assessments, including the Blue Hen OCI Health Assessment™.

The Blue Hen OCI Health Assessment™ assesses five pillars of organizational health to diagnose conflict and organizational health levels impacting your business. All employees take the assessment and receive an OCI composite score, as well as subscores for each of the Organizational
Health Pillars.

Phase 2: DEFINE

Establishment of goals, strategies & accountability methodology

In the DEFINE phase, we bring together applicable leadership and stakeholders to define your goals and strategies. Blue Hen uses embedded partnerships to drive toward accomplishment and accountability. The DEFINE phase is executed in our Call to Post Leadership Meeting, a 2-day problem-solving process directly influenced by the findings in your DISCOVER phase.

Phase 3: DRIVE

Execution of custom-developed strategies & ongoing accountability

Using the findings from your DISCOVER phase and the goals articulated in your DEFINE phase, DRIVE brings your plan to life We focus on providing accountability for execution and celebrating wins through embedded partnerships, leadership development, executive health, executive coaching and conflict resolution.
