Pat Tate brings over 25 years of leadership and management experience to his role as Organizational Health Specialist at Blue Hen Agency. As a seasoned professional, Pat has a proven track record of successfully managing teams, budgets, and operations in the healthcare and fitness industries.

In his role as Hospital Administrator at Veterinary Specialists of Birmingham, Pat provides leadership and support to a team of 13 doctors and 60+ staff, overseeing a $14 million operation. He is responsible for improving processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating referral marketing at the veterinary hospital.

Earlier in his career, Pat held various senior leadership positions at the Birmingham YMCA, including Executive Director. During his tenure at the YMCA, Pat managed multiple branch operations, supervised sports programs with 4,000+ participants, and consistently achieved fundraising goals. Before that, Pat gained valuable experience in marketing, communications, and sales at SportsFirst, Inc. and Baptist Health System’s SportsCare division. He has completed numerous professional development courses in hiring, conflict resolution, fundraising, fiscal management, and other critical areas.
