A communications expert with a background in finance and production, Emily Gardner supports the Blue Hen team by onboarding, corresponding with, and finding solutions for clients. As Blue Hen’s client relationship specialist, Emily also develops and maintains organized administrative processes and performs extensive market research for various client projects.
Emily received her bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from Mississippi State University. She then went on to work as a marketing and technology director for a high-performing real estate firm and as a top producer and mortgage lender for BancorpSouth. Emily’s experience in the real estate and banking industries enable her to intuit client needs, build long-lasting relationships, and establish effective processes that ensure client success.
“I love when my work frees up one of our team members to really dive into a project,” Emily said. “I handle processes and administration so that our team can get into the trenches with clients and help them win.”
Outside of Blue Hen, you can find Emily and her husband, Troy, spending time with their three children and buying, selling, and renovating a number of short- and long-term rental properties.
